Bedrock Radio (Goodmayes) is a Community Health & Hospital Radio station Serving North East London Foundation Trust (NELFT), plus the community people living in the London Boroughs of Havering, Barking and Dagenham, and Redbridge. We're a charity run station with the objective is providing relief of sickness, poor health and old age and advancement of health through the promotion of the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle & having good personal mental and physical health for the public benefit
