Fox FM (call sign: 3FOX) is a commercial radio station broadcasting in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. The station was first aired on 1 August 1980. From then on, the station was positioned with a pop rock format, appealing to the widest possible audience. Fox FM went from a top40/pop format into a top 40/dance format. The station operates on a frequency of 101.9 MHz and is part of Southern Cross Austereo's Hit Network. Fox FM transmits from the ATV-10 transmission tower on top of Mount Dandenong.
