Open Gate FM Mbale is a Community Based Commercial Radio Station operating on frequency 103.2 MHz; from its humble inception in March 2001 Open Gate FM has grown to a level of leading FM Radio Station in Eastern Uganda with an optimum coverage of almost all the 20 districts of Eastern Uganda and beyond viz; Mbale, Manafwa, Sironko, Bududa, Butaleja, Moroto, Amuria, Bukeadea, Kumi, Soroti, Kapchorwa, Bukwo, Western Kenya, Tororo, Busia, Bugiri, Jinja, Iganga, Mayuge, Kayunga, Pallisa, Budaka, Namutumba just to mention but a few with a total footage radius of over 150 Kilometers.
