Radio Namakwaland

Radio Namakwaland is a Christian-community radio station founded in 1996. It is run by a Board of Directors, elected annually, consisting of representatives from every mainstream Christian congregation within its reception area. Its mission is to serve these Christian communities by offering religious, informative and entertaining content tailored to their needs and interests. With that intent, it provides a line-up with local news reports, talk shows on Christianity and on the Christian values, music shows with the best Christian and Gospel music, entertainment shows and the coverage of all the main Christian celebrations. Radio Namakwaland broadcasts in Afrikaans from Vredendal on the frequency 93.4 FM and live streams globally through the internet.
